5. How will I know when an emergency cycling event is going to take place?

BGE offers several ways to let you know that a cycling event is occurring. If BGE has your email on file, you will receive an email notification. You may also request to receive a text message at the start and end of PeakRewards cycling events. You may also sign into PeakRewards Online Access or log into BGE.com/MyAccount from your mobile device to view your cycling status online. You’ll see a cycling status message such as: "You have not been cycled today," "Currently cycling," or "You have been cycled today" displayed on the welcome and cycling status pages.
