Today, 5/2/23, is a scheduled PeakRewards preseason cycling test event.

A preseason cycling event has been activated to test our PeakRewards system operations and customer communications. To minimize potential customer inconvenience, the event will occur between 10 am and 2 pm. You will not be able to override participation in this cycling event.

If you are enrolled in the PeakRewards Air Conditioning program, your air conditioner will be cycled up to your full cycling level (50%, 75%, or 100%) for the duration of the event.

Connecting your Wi-Fi Thermostat

In order to participate in Connected Rewards, your thermostat must be registered and connected to your home’s secure Wi-Fi network. Please note that hot spots are not eligible. To learn more about the requirements of Connected Rewards, review the program terms and conditions.
